Solo is $39/month or $349/year (save ~25%). Group pricing is $29/seat/month for any practice with three or more seats, with an annual option at $259/seat/year. Every plan includes unlimited sessions, every note format, and the tamper-evident inference log. There is no "pro tier" gate. Private beta slots are capped at 100 solo practitioners for launch; join the waitlist to be considered.

What every plan includes
- Unlimited sessions. No session cap, no per-minute charges. The inference runs on your Mac, so there's no variable cost to pass on.
- Every note format. SOAP, DAP, BIRP, and GIRP all ship in every plan. Custom templates are a text file.
- Style matching. Paste five of your past notes once; the model renders new drafts in your voice.
- Tamper-evident log. Every inference writes a hash-chained JSONL receipt you can show a client or supervisor on demand.
- Signed and notarized. The app ships with an Apple Developer ID signature; Gatekeeper verifies at launch.
- Model upgrades. Free for the life of your subscription. Opt-in, never silent.
Why flat, not per-session
Cloud scribes often price per-session or per-minute because inference is their variable cost — every session is a bill from their LLM provider. TherapyDraft has no variable inference cost (your Mac does the work), so there's no reason to meter you. Flat pricing is also more predictable for a solo practice budgeting against a fixed number of clients per week.
For a clinician seeing 25 sessions per week (~100/month), TherapyDraft's $39 works out to about $0.39 per session. A pay-per-use competitor like Blueprint at $0.99/session runs $99/month at the same cadence; a flat $29 competitor like Mentalyc is cheaper in pure dollars but trades in a fundamentally different compliance posture. What's not included (deliberately)
- No EHR integration fees. We don't charge extra for SimplePractice, TheraNest, or TherapyNotes paste workflows — they're all the same clipboard export.
- No "team" tier with different features. Group plans get the same app as Solo, plus a shared practice template library and a per-clinician activity summary (the audio still stays local to each clinician).
- No enterprise tier. If you're a healthcare system looking for on-device deployment across dozens or hundreds of Macs, email us — we'll handle that conversationally rather than via a tier.

Billing mechanics
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Your card is charged monthly (or annually) on the date you started. Cancellation is immediate and stops the next charge; your app keeps working to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within the first 14 days — just email hello@therapydraft.com. The terms page has the formal version of all of this.

What about sole proprietors using their personal Mac?
Your personal M-series Mac works perfectly — TherapyDraft doesn't require enterprise management. That's one of the practical advantages of on-device inference: the device doesn't need to be enrolled in an MDM to be "compliant." Your practice still needs to meet its HIPAA obligations, but those obligations don't require enterprise hardware.
Can I pay for a year up front even if I'm a solo clinician?
Yes — the Solo Annual plan is $349/year, which saves about $119/year versus monthly. Same app, same features.
